Amasis Turnaround

This is the turnaround concept of one of the main characters of my webcomic, Amasis. 

Again, he's a member of a species (named Atlanteans because I can't think of anything else and it works) who are aquatic/ amphibious. The species has a set of gills and a set of lungs, as well as a chamber in the center of the chest/ sternum where they can vocalize like a dolphin or whale with subtle psychic implications. 

Amasis's species is also severely classist/ racist in that members of his species are ranked by how many, how strong, and how important their markings are. Amasis is unmarked, a social pariah. Rahimsa, another of the species on my deviantart, is of royal blood.
